Our under 15s played in the semi final of the cup today, against a team in a higher division, and held their own through out, playing large amounts of the game with 9 or 10 players due to injuries.We didn't get the result we wanted, but gave a really good account of ourselves, played some lovely football in spell, and worked tirelessly for each other.Supporters man of the match went to George who played the second half in midfield and really took the game to the opposition, with some brilliant runs.Coaches man of the match was hard to pick between 3 players... so we didn't!Marco, Finley, and Luke shared the award this week. Marco and Luke were a constant threat in attack causing the home team all sorts of problems, and Finley was a real presence in Defence, and making their attackers life a nightmare trying to create any chances. ...
