Our Under 12s lost a hard fought game against a team in the higher division in the cup today. With the boys starting the season well in the league, it was a great experience of the level of football that might be awaiting them if they continue their run in the league. They battled from the first whistle to the last, and played some brilliant football.
Supporters man of the match went to Archie who was a menace on the wing today, causing the opposition no end of trouble with his runs, and creating chances throughout the game.
Managers man of the match went to Jacobi who battled throughout the game both in attack where he kept their defenders on the back foot and defence, where he was vital in breaking down the opponents attacks.
Our Under 16s continued their fine start to the season with another win at home.
It was a vintage team display, but stand out performers where these 2.
Supporters man of the match went to Luke with his lethal finishing today, scoring 4 goals, and terrorising the opponents goalkeeper, and defence throughout.
Coaches man of the match went to our goalkeeper James, commanded his box well, provided great distribution, and handled everything our opponents throw at him.
The under 16s got their season underway, with a close fought win away from home today.
Coaches man of the match was Frankie, who put in a stellar performance at full back today, shutting down the oppositions attacks, and providing an outlet in attack.
Supporters man of the match went to Ethan, on his return to the team were he started his footballing journey many years ago. Ethan was a constant threat throughout the game, causing havoc in the opponents final third.
We are well and truly back in the flow of the new season! Our under 11s had a great game this morning, it was a rollercoaster, from being down at half time, battling hard and really coming together as a team for a last minute win! Another busy weekend of football for the Orcas who played in the Alderbury Tournament. The girls absolutely amazed the coaches with all their efforts throughout the tournament.
The Blues finished top of their group undefeated and without conceding a single goal progressing to the Cup semi finals in which they unfortunately came up short losing 1-0 to one of the tournament favourites.
The Oranges finished 4th in a very tricky group which put them into the Plate Semi finals in which they won on penalties, but unfortunately lost 1-0 in the Final.
Player of the tournament for the Blues went to Ruby for an excellent defensive display throughout the tournament
Player of the tournament for the Oranges went to Sophia who stepped up to play in goal in Georgies absence, saving several penalties to win the semi final shootout for the girls

The lads left absolutely everything on the pitch today in the heat, and stayed composed throughout, not letting our opponents get back in the game after starting the game with 2 quick goals.
So proud of this bunch, and they deserve all the success after a brilliant season.

Our under 15s kept the pressure on the other teams in the race for the title with another win today.
Our opponents were very physical, and made the lads dig deep in game, and keep fighting for the 3 points, being behind for most of the game, but they kept going till the end, and their efforts paid off.
Supporters man of the match went to Marco, who rose to the challenge of the physicality brought by our opponents today, and fought for every ball, creating lots of attacking threats in the process.
Coaches man of the Match was shared by Frankie, and Cooper both produced 1 of the best performances for the team today showing composure on the ball, putting in a real shift in the midfield and in Frankie's case bagging himself a goal too.
Our under 11s had a great game this morning, in a rare sunny day in England.
They controlled the game from start to finish in securing their win, which let the players try out different positions to aid their development even further.
Supporters player of the match went to Jacobi, who was solid in defence, and then played a half up front and managed to net himself 2 goals!
Coaches man of the March went to Jack who was tireless throughout the game, covering ever blade of grass, and dictating play from midfield.
The team are really starting play some lovely passing football, and showing the fruits of their hard work in training and matches.

James our keeper for commanding his box well today, and being quick off his line to smother any through balls played, that were a constant threat throughout.
George had a great game in defence ensuring their pacey striker saw very little of the ball, and starting off our attackswith some clever passing.
Luke bagged himself a great hatrick, and took his chances well today, and caused their defence no end of trouble.
Marco was a constant menace in the final third, and the opponents just couldn't handle his intelligent runs, and linkup play.
